Online Contest Complete Rules and Regulations

Contest dates: July 9 – August 19, 2012

HOW TO ENTER

Enter online by visiting www.joeysupers.com. Online entries will be collected and at the end of the contest will be entered into a random draw. Entries are limited to one per person.

Entries will be counted up to 11:59 PM (PST) on the contest closing date, August 19, 2012. No purchase necessary.

PRIZE

The winner will be announced on August 24, 2012 in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. One prize will be awarded. Prize package includes: One, travel voucher. The total value of Grand Prize is approximately $1500 (CAD).

NOTE: Travel restrictions may apply. Winner is fully responsible for booking their own trip and can do so through any Flight Centre location. JOEY Restaurants assumes no responsibility for lost or stolen vouchers and the voucher is not redeemable for cash. Trips can be booked through the contact on the travel voucher.

The prize package (voucher) must be claimed by September 24, 2012. In the event the Grand Prize winner does not utilize any part of the Grand Prize, no cash equivalent or future redeemable certificate(s) will be issued to the Grand Prize winner. The Grand Prize must be accepted as awarded without substitution and is not transferable or convertible to cash and not for resale. The winner is responsible for all additional costs incurred beyond what is offered in the prize package (listed above) and is responsible for gratuity on the total amount of the bill. The prize must be accepted/claimed by September 24, 2012 by the winner. If selected entrant is unable to accept the prize within this time frame, his/her package will be forfeited and an alternate Grand Prize winner will be selected.

Should the winner refuse the prize, JOEY TOMATO’S (CANADA) INC. and their respective advertising and promotional agencies are released from any obligation related to the prize. Selected entrant will be notified by email by August 27, 2012. The contest partners: JOEY TOMATO’S (CANADA) INC. retain the right in their absolute discretion to make substitutions of equivalent kind or value in the event of the unavailability of any element of the prize for any reason whatsoever.

HOW TO WIN

Entries can be made online at www.joeysupers.com. Online entries must be received by 11:59 pm (PST) on the contest closing date August 19, 2012. To win, selected entrant must have complied with the contest rules and must also answer a mathematical, skill-testing question posed by telephone or e-mail. The winner will be required to sign a standard release and declaration form confirming compliance with the contest rules and acceptance of their prize as awarded and releasing JOEY TOMATO’S (CANADA) INC., and their respective advertising and promotional agencies from any damage or loss that may result from entering this contest or accepting and/or utilizing the prize. The winner must return the completed form within two weeks of receipt. If the completed form is not returned within the deadline, the winner will be disqualified and another winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries. The new winner must return the completed release form within two weeks of receipt. By entering, contestants agree to the use of their photographs, names and places of residence, twitter handles, Facebook profiles etc without compensation, in print, online and via social media, radio or televised publicity relating to the contest.

WHO CAN WIN

The contest is open to all residents of Canada and Washington State in the United States of America, who have reached the legal age of consumption of alcohol in their country, excluding residents of Quebec and employees, agents, the provincial liquor boards, liquor agencies, liquor licensees, their employees, directors and members of the immediate families, or of the aforementioned or persons with whom they are domiciled of JOEY TOMATO’S (CANADA) INC., and their respective advertising and promotional agencies. JOEY TOMATO’S (CANADA) INC. and their respective affiliates, and their advertising and promotional agencies accept no responsibility in any case where their inability to satisfy these contest rules arises from any situation which is outside of their control including but not limited to a situation of a strike, lock-out or other labour strife in the sponsors’ workplaces or in the workplaces of any organization or entity whose services are used for running this contest. JOEY TOMATO’S (CANADA) INC. accept no responsibility for entries lost, misdirected, illegible, incomplete, delayed or destroyed or for the failure or malfunction of any hardware, software or telecommunication component relating to online entries. JOEY TOMATO’S (CANADA) INC. have the right, subject to the approval of the Régie in Québec, to terminate or suspend this contest or to modify the contest rules at anytime without notice for any reason whatsoever.

All entries become the property of JOEY TOMATO’S (CANADA) INC., which assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen, delayed, damaged or misdirected entries or for any failure of the websites during the promotional period, for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, access providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by JOEY TOMATO’S (CANADA) INC. on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof including any injury or damage to an entrant’s or any other person’s computer related to or resulting from playing or downloading any material in the promotion. JOEY TOMATO’S (CANADA) INC. reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to cancel or suspend the online portion of this contest should a virus, bug or other cause beyond the reasonable control of JOEY TOMATO’S (CANADA) INC. corrupt the security or proper administration of the contest. Any attempt to deliberately damage any website or to undermine the legitimate operation of this promotion is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, JOEY TOMATO’S (CANADA) INC. reserve the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal prosecution. Entries are subject to verification and will be declared invalid if they are illegible, mechanically reproduced, mutilated, forged, falsified, altered or tampered with in any way. Entrants agree to abide by the Contest Rules and Regulations.

GENERAL

The contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws. No correspondence will be entered into except with the selected entrants and individuals requesting a copy of the rules. The odds of an entry being selected depend on the number of eligible entries received by the contest closing date. All entries become the property of JOEY TOMATO’S (CANADA) INC. and none will be returned. JOEY TOMATO’S (CANADA) INC., and third parties may make the information on these entry forms available for promotional purposes unless entrants request otherwise.
